Mortgage Recruiter

The mortgage recruiter will be responsible for recruiting experienced mortgage and financial industry professionals. The recruiter is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified employees through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction.

The candidate must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry. Previous experience in recruiting, with a focus on the mortgage, banking and/or financial industry is needed.

Capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following items:

  • Interact with customers and candidates over the phone, via email and in person
  • Identify recruiting needs and develop recruiting sources.
  • Recruit, interview, and make employment decisions.
  • Determine client needs, place appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits.
Desired qualifications include:
  • Great communication skills with a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the mortgage, financial, and/or banking industry.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting and interviewing process required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
