The Richardson family has been a pillar of the California lending community for over 40 years. Alongside his divisional technology role, Jason leads the commercial lending division at Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, where he oversees financing for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties. The division gives investors and business owners access to commercial structures through the same team that handles their residential financing, so a growing portfolio does not require a new lender relationship at every stage. Jason has won 9 President's Circle of Excellence Awards for loan production over his career and was most recently honored as one of National Mortgage Professional Magazine's "40 Under 40: The 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals."
