Effective October 21, 2026. These terms apply to the City First Mortgage text messaging program operated by City First Mortgage, a DBA of Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group Corporation, NMLS #3446.

Program Description

City First Mortgage sends text messages to consumers who opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on the contact form at www.city1st.com/contact-us. Messages relate to appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders with a licensed loan officer.

Opting Out and Help

Text STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Text HELP for help, or call 1 (800) 201-LOAN (5626).

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from City First Mortgage.

Privacy
