Why a Loan Officer Lists Licensed States
A license lets that person take a mortgage application in a state. It is not the same as the company's list of states.

City First is part of Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, which is licensed in many states. Each loan officer is licensed personally, and their list can be shorter than the company's.
The states on a loan officer's page are the states where that person can help you. If you are buying in a state that is not on their list, they should say so and help you find someone who is licensed there.
The list is not a review of the person, and it is not a promise about price or approval.

Two Different Lists
Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, NMLS #3446, is licensed in 47 states. That is the company license. The list of those states is on Gold Star's state licenses page. The personal license is the one that decides who can take your application.
Company licensing does not let an unlicensed person originate your loan in a state. Licensed states are a legal boundary. The public record for the company is on NMLS Consumer Access, linked from the licensing page.

A Real Conversation
Ready When You Are.
